4. How do you feel you will benefit from participation in the NYOC? Comment pensez-vous que votre participation à lONJC puisse vous aider?
I think it is a safe environment for me to grow as a musician. I also think that from touring across canada I will get a sense of what may come ahead for me if I am successful in becoming a performing musician.

5. What are your interests outside classical music / Avez-vous d’autres intérêts à part la musique classique ?
I love playing jazz hip hop rock and fiddle music on my violin. I also love learning how to play any instrument that I can get my hands on. So far my favourite besides the violin is the guitar which I play while singing. I also enjoy painting and drawing and I absolutely LOVE photography. Mostly anything to do with art I love.

6. What are your professional goals? / Décrivez quelques-unes de vos ambitions professionnelles.
I would like to play in a professional orchestra while also hopefully playing in a quartet. I'd also like to be playing jazz/gypsy jazz violin and all sorts of other non-classical genres.

8. What is there about you that you think people might be surprised to know? / Y a-t-il quelque chose à votre propos qui est un peu surprenant ou hors de l’ordinaire?
I know how to play about 10 different instruments.

Why did you choose your instrument / Pourquoi avez-vous choisi cet instrument ?
I'm not quite sure. My mom asked me what instrument I wanted to play and for some reason I just started "air violin-ing" before my 4th birthday.
